Reunited

The Army has been great as far as meeting fabulous friends, but it's also been the chief factor in keeping us apart from said friends due to deployments and training cycles. The last time we saw Ike (fine, Chris) in March at his wedding. The last time before that? Another wedding...in 2004. I may have been belligerent both times.

I made an effort to be a little more sober this time, when we met up with him, his lovely wife, and Lindsay and Adam in D.C. Chris and Adam are both getting out of the Army in the not-too-distant future, so they spent a few days attending job fairs in the area. Hopefully the civilian life will lend itself to more frequent visits!
