It's been a personal tradition of ours to visit zoos almost everywhere we travel. So far, that's included both coasts of the United States and Italy. On Saturday, we added the National Zoo in DC to that list.

when we went to the zoo, the orangutan was wearing a paper bag on its head. it was the most hilarious thing ever.
